“Lighten up Francis”!
You must have read something into it that I didn’t see. I read that a car stopped in the fast lane and the collision was not avoidable, but I wasn’t there and maybe with the run on sentence I missed it. Yes I know the difference and have seen a few things very similar in my 31 safe years that by the grace of god I was able to avoid. Only by luck in some cases but I still avoided. Without some luck I may not have avoided. Every single one of us can have stuff happen one day that may not be avoided and people such as yourself who are quick to judge are just as susceptible to an unavoidable accident. Hopefully it never happens to any of us but it can at any time.

I also seriously doubt it was "stopped" as much as it was going very slow. But even if it was 100% stopped, it doesn't matter. The truck driver got impatient at people going too slow and was simply driving too fast. -
Well she said she had video on her dash cam.
Post the video and let us take a look that's the only way to tell what's the truth is. -
And she said she hit the left rear which makes no sense unless it was straddling the next lane.
Best thing is to see the video.
By the way, the only thing the lawyer will do is to get rid of the ticket or reduce it, she has already is guilty of hitting the car and if they go to court about it, it will be an insurance thing. -
G13Tomcat Thanks this.
