Some college educated safety man figured it would be safer if every driver digs his fire extinguisher and an orange cone out and puts it on the ground in front of his truck.

In reality, all it does is cause the demise of fire extinguishers cuz folks forget and run over them.

 

Isn’t incredible how they think this stuff up. Like needing fall protection at 6’ with a 4’ lanyard hooked in the middle of your back when your 6’ tall. Safety is good but some of it is stupid crap thought up by people that have never done the job.

Yep. It's in the name of Safety. Presumably it's another money grab from insurance companies.
