Well... actually we was building apartments and condominiums lol, I could have had a hand in the construction of those units lol. After my 3rd week there he fired 2 local boys, so I had my job and there’s to do. Only got worse as time went on.

 

I’d take another International Scout over any of them lol. I miss my Scout ll. 304 / 4spd. 78 model.

 

Wasn’t bad looking. If you met her, you would think she is sweet. But 5 different guy put a ring on her finger and 4 out of 5 beat her into an emergency room.

Earl Schieb came up the other day here: today a guy told me he is painting a whole tractor, “lowest price I got was earl schieb, they wanted $5600 so I said I’d do it for $4000”

I gave him what for. Whatever. He fixes my stuff cheap too, so you’d think I’d shut up; but all the broke guys show up begging him to do their cheap repairs n that slows down how fast he can get to mine. So I rather he charge more (he does good work) so they go away, he makes the same take home, n I can get my stuff in to get fixed faster.

Am I the only one telling people to charge more? JFC.

 

I don’t know why people want to work for a customer that’s always looking for lowest price. But, that’s just me.
