J.I. Case 300 Roundnose.... only made for 3 yrs. might get mine up and going this year..... maybe.

 

Those hoarder people on that tv show same the same thing ya know. Just saying, admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery.

 

@Grubby since your a GM man..... you need one of these old VA series Case tractors to pull dead cars around lol. This is my wife’s 1951 VAI I did in 07. Can you guess what the touch up color is for this paint?

In all actuality I have downsized my stuff, don’t think I will live that long anyway. Most of the stuff I have I saved from a slow boat to China. My wife’s 51 VAI tractor was a accidental win on EBay, long ago when I was learning how to use a computer. Went to Springville, Indiana and got that thing. It had a miss and the owner said he wasn’t sure what was wrong. I got it home and did the usual with no results. Process of elimination then..... fired it up and let it idle, ripped a piece of paper the size of a dollar bill off a old trader paper, stuck it over the top of the exhaust and watched it flutter a few times then bam..... it got sucked right down the pipe. Yep, burnt exhaust valve. Good tractor for the $734 I paid for it.

 

I’m just busting your balls. I like all the old rusty stuff. I’d say you got a nice toy for $734

Alot of people miss them, really cant find were the darn thing went. Just drivetrain sitting there! Where the heck is the body. Downside to a scout. Great little truck without cancer.
