I suffered until the time was right and we were ready. It was the best decision imo, although it was hard to not give in to our “want to’s”

    #### dude, you got some serious bad luck.

Hope it all works out ok for you and your family?
I wasn’t suggesting you wait or change your plans (although I think your making another smart choice). I was just pointing out that if it did get set back, so what? What’s it going to hurt?

BTW I was always a cheap skate about buying a house. Wife always wanted more house. I usually won those battles. In hindsight I wish I would of bought a nicer house earlier in life and just stuck too it. Instead I’ve owned several I never really loved.

Them cars was plentiful back then. Who knew they wasn't makin any more shoe boxes, bubble tops or just plain ol Detroit muscle.

Sad truth is wont be long an the ol long hood way of life won't be nothing but a memory for most. A few trailer queens and rust heaps in some crazy ol mans front yard be alls that is left. Most will say why won't that ol ####### sell that he ain't ever gonna do anything with it. They is a difference in a job an a way of life. Some things you just can't sell a way of life is one of em

Times running out on the hood game... at least as far as new trucks are concerned.

    It’s a bloody shame.
