Given your description of your business, are you running casino junkets?

Sign me up if it’s a 6 figure salary, full benefits and home in the weekends. And If I can listen to music on my headphones.

God forbid if there is a crying baby on board. I remember taking a flight from Newark to Japan and there were 2 babies on board. It was as if they were competing at each other, who can get louder for 14 hrs straight.

We can increase pay, but we can't add benefits. The speed limit in Nevada is 80 mph (on I-80) and we've taken it up to 77 on that stretch, which is as fast as you'd want to go since the tires are rated for 75. Our route only has 2 lanes and a 70 mph speed limit, so I don't see how anyone could "speed in the left lane".

    This is the road: .

No, we're a regular route bus line similar to Greyhound or the old Trailways (Continental Trailways) before 1982 deregulation.

I used to race buses with my dollar truck a few times. I think they had like 350 CATS's versus that 505 detriot and empty. The detriot with mine was unlimited until 116 on the fuel pump cut off and 132 by momentum loaded after the 116 mph pulling cut off. Then she will drift back down to 116 and pump came back on and back up to 130 we went.

Those buses in those days always got away. If they got away from you at the toll gate and get up and stretch out in a full gallop, it's gone.

Is this a W-2 job or is it 1099? The reason I ask is you said you “can’t” provide benefits. Either way, putting the burden of health insurance and retirement on the employee doesn’t make it an attractive position in today’s market no matter how much it pays.

I'd feel like Arnold in Kindergarten Cop except I'd include profanity.

No, I don't run plain white buses and don't run I-17.

W-2, and I do provide minimum benefits required for the job.

Bet my bus could outrun that Volvo D13-powered X3-45. Not gonna try to piss off the insurance company, though.

Drivers are hard to find period... one of the reasons I didn't expand my business. I don't wanna be doing orientation every weekend..
