    Guy at my church was telling me of an explosion on a steam tractor somewhere killed 3 men and a boy/ 4 generations of the same family when it exploded.

    It was a father, son and three bystanders, one of the bystanders didn’t die right away it was a couple days later. That tractor came from a guy not far from me and my buddies dad was at the fair when it happened. The pressure gauge was reading off and the fusible plug never melted. The crown sheet was very thin and the stay bolts were poorly welded. I know several people that knew the owner, most said he seemed pretty intelligent. Here’s a pretty good article.

    And out the end dragging the wagon with the brakes locked lol... that 110 Case is a brute!!! I’m eager to see the finished product of the 150 Case, I can only imagine how many plows it could pull!

    A friend of mine and his dad have several steam tractors that they would run in parades. One of them was pretty darn big; I'll have to ask him what they are.
