google maps now reports speed traps.

 

Hmmmm, there seems to be quite a few. Android users search "radar detector" in playstore. I phone...…..no idea.

 

All the ones I found rely on other people reporting laser/radar/speed traps for info.

 

Ah, that makes more sense. I didn't really look into any of them but was surprised such a thing might exist.

Kinda like truckerpath in that way, it relies on user support for input, and it’s anonymous. I don’t appreciate that nearly as much as accountability. I.e. you look at Trucker Path every now and again you’ll see a false report. And it’s anonymous so if you’re not familiar with the area you don’t have a way to know.
I much prefer someone I know giving me the info. Second to that is someone that has their name and picture attached to a report. There is a whole lot less stupidity when people are accountable for what they say.

 

Well, finally got some time and weather to work on Old Blue yesterday. Installed the correct cab air ride suspension from Linkmate (378s sit quite a bit higher that 379s).

 

Cheddar's is good from what I hear
