good long sleeve shirts for keeping the sun off worked for me and those fluids should be just plain water, room temp.
DC818 and localguy65 Thank this. -

I never did LTL but when I had to wear FR clothes hauling LPG in south tx in the summer, I took extra tshirts.
I'd load the truck, peel off that shirt, put on a dry one
Then unload, peel off that shirt, put on a dry one. Much better than driving with sweat soaked shirts.EuropeanTrucker, booley and localguy65 Thank this. -
I hate wearing tee shirts in the summer. They don’t allow enough air movement. I wear a button down dickies work shirt, untucked, and shorts. I also wear compression socks, and they’re okay because runners wear them Just get some cool bright colors.
I like these

I like Columbia's Omni-Wick shirts (I only have the short and long sleeve tees, nothing collared).

Cotton khaki work pants. Durable, light, and they dry really fast.

I generally go cotton, if we are going to have a fire today, I rather see it burn away than melt into the skin and be part of the problem until chopped away and re-grafted in surgery.
Bob Dobalina and austinmike Thank this. -
I wear Hanes Cool Dri shirts. Made of 100% polyester. Sweat doesn't stick like when you wear cotton shirts.

Something about polyester and my body chemistry creates pretty pungent body odor.
