Personally, I'm done for the week. And I post between watching TV and enjoying my coffee.
And I still have time for other things, besides driving. In about 30 minutes, after they unroll the streets. I'm going to do some of those things![]()
Does anyone have anything good to say

I finally have a driving job I enjoy abit it took awhile to land. Been with this company for three years now. Frieght is alittle slow but steady, pay is good and benifits are decent. Non union company which god willing it stays and they treat the drivers pretty good. You'll all ways have a few drivers that they can not be pleased at all and complain constantly. Never had to wait longer that 3 to 4 hrs to get a load after my 10 hr break. So life is good right now and I'm enjoying it

NOW MY FRIEND I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SAYING: BUT consider this , this is in fact the largest business in the country and it employes the most people in the country and every driver out there has his own opinion of how things should be and how he shoud be treated, THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE BUSINESS IS BAD most of the complaints you here are out of frustration and you notice that the person making the complaint is still trucking.
now i personaly have been running the nations highways for 45 plus years and im guilty of complaining from time to time but i to am still out here and i wouldnt have it any other way. i own my own trucks and have for awhile now , tried driving for a couple of companys and did not like it and wont ever do it gain,
the trucking business is what you make it and it can be great or it can be be miserabel but to me its just one more adventure and i for one love the business and the drivers in it. this is a tuff business and the men that drive these old trucks are the toughest in the nation some times its ruff but all of them just ##### and keep on going you wont find better men or a better business anywhere we have all been thrue tuff times as we are now but the tuff times just makes us stronger and more determind to keep on going , its not like corperate america wher you can take your bonus and run WE DONT RUN we take care of business good bad or indiferent we get the job done .
what you have to do is look for the good not the bad and there is a helluva lot of good in this business and as a matter of fact it use to be a lot worse.
i remeber the time when there was no interstate, there was no cell phones, no ac , no air ride seats, no air ride trucks no power steering , o life back then was really an adventure as it is today and we all love the life and yes it has problems but those problems make us what we are a AMERICAN DRIVER an independent bunch that always gets the job done . and i WOULDNT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY.
MY BEST TO YOU AND YOURS kepp the wheels rolling.

LOL You know what I mean. It's like the guys standing around the truck stop complaining. I talked to a guy a few weeks ago complaining that he never has enough time to deliver. He was stopped to grab some coffee and jabber-jawed at me for nearly two hours while I was doing laundry. I wonder why he never seems to have the time he needs.
