Hey, ya'll Supposed to be going to werner on the 15TH of April for orientation out in Dallas, TX. Getting a little worried reading what ya'll been saying!

 

I just went through orientation in Fontana Calif and have to say it was pretty well put together. They had 9 drivers show up here and all got trucks within a few days. There was also 2 out of our 6 in orientation that got trainers right after orientation. I have been treated very well no complaints as of yet. Hotel is clean also.

 

Go to orientation without any preconceived ideas. What works for one may not work for another and vise versa. Best of luck!

 

Appreciate the support, the main thing thats got me worried is there being trucks available after my 300 hours!

 

Some have to wait some dont. If you go home after your 300 and wait I hear your name goes to the bottom of the list. Might as well wait for one, they pay for you to wait.

 

Thats what I have heard, just hoping it doesnt take forever to get one.

 

I dont think it will. They have slowed orientations, there was one guy in orientation on the last one here.

 

Wow, I heard they were cutting back, but who know how most places can be, they usually cut back after there is nothing left. I did just get off the phone with werner, and asked them about the truck situation, she told me there is some issues depending on the area, but she said things are still available out here in texas! so will just have to hope for best i suppose.

 

Yeap all depends on where you are right now. I heard alot has to do with regional right now. Try to get something in Michigan. Its very hard even for OTR.

 

That sucks! Thats what they told me, theres regional open and dedicated open over here in texas.
