Back at it again. Did another turbo and DPF today :biggrin_2556:

Tomorrow sounds like I might have a blown engine to swap out unless something comes up.

If you've got the money to sit on it, and it's done and ready to go, why not? Run your W9 till the Big Cam goes, swap in the B-model and put a driver in the Pete.

I don’t think I can handle hiring a driver. I’ve thought about it a lot but I think it’s be more headache than it’s worth. Seems like everyone that will take care of a truck already either has their own truck or has plans to get one. Which makes sense. I know there’s good drivers out there but seems like ya gotta go through a hundred to find one.

Plan is to get swapped over to the Pete, run it a while and make sure it’s all good, then do something with the KW. I’ve never swapped a mechanical motor into a truck that had an ECM motor. I’m sure I could make it run, but swapping wiring and gauges and stuff.... I dunno.

Course I’m always up for a challenge.
