    That accident was purely preventable.
    It never would have happened if he wasn’t short on hours and playing with his elog.
    He will definitely lose his job now after the expense to the company to recover the chair out of that ditch.
    I wonder if he is even hire able now?
    Maybe @Chinatown can help?
