#32 on list when got to Trenton at 6 30am.....now trucks in shop gettn batteries reolaced which means I'm spending my afternoon in the last place I'd choose to spend it....in the fn drivers lounge with everyone #####ing bout freight....someone bring me a bottle of jack lol

 

Walk next door to the shooting range and see if one of those guys will put you out of your misery.

 

Oh I might have to since to my delight, that mother ####er is open again and its fn pop, pop, pop every 10 secs...wtf its middle of the day on a Thursday. ughhhhh lol

 

Yeah earlier I checked my emailed check stub for next week. Apparently I hit 3k miles. Lol I don’t pay attention during the week how many miles I’m at or going to get. I don’t really have any control over it other than the load I’m under.

 

Nice! Like i said earlier on the phone. Concentrate on being safe and accident/incident free your 1st 3-6 months more than miles abd you'll be just fine.

 

Well that'd be ok in normal situations. However in this situation thatd be contributing to and encouraging that gun range existence lol But do you know how many Saturday or Sunday afternoons I've gotten to our terminal dog ### tired and just want to take a nap....but well good luck with getting any sleep with what sounds like an active war zone blasting from sun up to sum down lol. Idk which came 1st thr gun range or our terminal but its just another on a long list of reasons why i despise Trenton Ohio terminal .

Oh after being #32 on the list at 6 30am I finally got at load at 7 30pm! Idk wtf is going on at that brewery but we have to have had 100+ trailers in that place, but yet there is no freight coming out?

 

Oh and just to prove another point to some people(you guys know who I'm talking bout)

Drove 3hrs yday got on the list at #32 at 6 30am....sat all day finally got a load at 7 30pm lil short load 350 miles to Belleville IL...delivered there this morning got a Budweiser load to Menomonee WI for Monday morn 570 miles...

I'll have 2758miles when i deliver Mon morn and will be home at 1 30pm today till 3pm Sunday when I drive 6hrs up to Menomonee to spend night at customer.

Longest load all week was 620miles, sat on the waiting list all day Thursday, and I'll be home for 48hrs over the weekend. Yet I still have 2759 miles for the week.
How is this possible without those fantastic much needed LONG runs and with all my downtime???

Oh thats right its only cuz I'm a trainer(currently without a student) and get the graviest of gravy loads because of that..... ya thats it

 

Don't even think that man....
