The best thing ive found for killing hard to kill brush and other woody plants is RoundUp PowerMax, mixed strong (twice as much as the instructions recommend). But instead of using water as a carrier use deisel. Years ago this is how the BLM killed sage brush all over the west, but they used a different hebicide that has since been taken off the market.

Diesel good idea. We have the berries gone after years of working on them. Just have to keep up where the ######## pop up.

Yeah it works really good. The diesel forces itself deep into the woody plant where water would just run off. Of course this makes it absolutely necessary to spray it when it is cool and no wind. Diesel will wind drift much easier and further than water.

A friend of mine accidently wiped out a path through his neighborhood once when he was spraying a patch of brush... It go to warm faster than he realized then a breeze came up... Killed all sorts of lawns, flowers, and bushes for about 1/4 mile.

Krovar will kill anything and everything within 20’ of the application — I know, I have endured a 3 year butt chewing because of some precious shrubs that happened to die.

Best thing I have found that kills off invasive brush is to cut it down and keep it mowed.
Ok, it helps to have a brush mower on a farm tractor as well.

What you would expect a type A/entiteled personality Beemer/Benz/Audi/Ricer driver to actualy slow down for a variable speed limit or conditions?

They do truck chains to force the cars to slow down without having CHP escorting everybody up and down the mountain.
