Looking at that picture makes me wonder what KW was thinking on the wiper placement on those old A models. Couldn't they have offset the wiper transmissions instead of centering them with the glass so the wipers would lay down and not have to look through them? Some of you "classic guys" know why....just seems odd??

Are there any ramifications if I can prove that a contractor is bribing the load out guys so his company gets the better loads than the guys from my company.
I mean more than just getting the guy(s) firedSlowpoke KW, cke, Zeviander and 3 others Thank this. -
No idea, just reporting what I’ve seen and been told. I know for sure the ones at Columbus auto shredding are gone and I know I’ve personally never seen one.

I’m not looking forward to the day I do my exhaust on my pickup. It should be fun trying to get that manifold off.

That all get shredded. They do not. You will not see body resold. But you can buy parts and pieces all day long. Goodys in Toledo normally has rows and rows of them being parted out. Danners in Sycamore has rows of the too. Dayton frieght requires holes drilled in engine block. Just happens that guys buy them, weld or plug the hole and go right back to using them.BigCam9670, Slowpoke KW, cke and 9 others Thank this. -

@TripleSix what twist rate is the barrel? 1-7 or 1-9 are common. The 7 twist is great for the 62 & 77 grain pills. The 9 twist might not be able to stabilize the long 77s.
The green tip pills are FMJ steel core. They'll go threw 3/16 & 1/4 steel like its not even there -
Like Id said the other day, my boss seems to be reading from the "how to run a trucking co for dummies" book. They are making all the wrong decisions and trying to make fast money, which keeps biting them in the ###. It finally hit them yesterday with the whole insurance thing.
When they deleased my truck from the co in Dallas, I decided to give them 30 days to see how its gonna shake out. So far, its not good but Im gonna try to help them. If not I have a standing job offer from the former co in one of their trucks. Not glamorous, but its $.
Im a pretty dedicated person. If I say I'm gonna do something, Im gonna do it even if it bites me in the ### sometimes.BigCam9670, Slowpoke KW, cke and 15 others Thank this.
