Stay away from Cummins. Imo if u have to drive Volvo their own engine other then d16 is the only way to go

That’s a lot of money for a 7 year old truck in terrible freight market. I’ll bet that truck doesn’t wholesale for more than $20k right now

too expensive. 2013 cummins with that mileage is risky. I have seen 3 trucks with cummins fail around at 650k

That's not the details I would look for.

What's the OA results look like, the ecm dump is in check with the maintaince records, how about the dyno and blowby?

    Parcero and 86scotty Thank this.

And those Budd wheels, they steal weight and sometimes ride real rough on the equiptment in certain situations. The one thing they can do is carry weight. So if it's been saddled too much... 44K is iffy. I don't think I would pay that for it. Living space seems ok but marginal to me. Ive been used to 70 inches. And that 10 tells me company truck probably at half a million it's probably got a accumulation of mechanical wear and tear.

I hate to be difficult but eh...I am always comparing to that tractor I picked up in the mid 90's which was close to that amount, however it was a jewel among a pack of 30 others, some of which were worn out somewhat.

Go to truckpaper.com and put in the specs of the truck you're looking at. You can do a price and mileage comparison
