Well 9.5% of gross linehaul revenue for escrow, pay is 70% of line haul revenue then the charge back portion of contract day is exactly Lessor authorizes Lesser to charge back to or to deduct from Lessors gross compensation, escrow fund,or any $ owed to Lessor, as listed or referanced in Appendix A or elsewhere in this agreement.

You’re total pay is 70% of gross line haul. Per your contract.

Your post on another thread filled in the missing info.

The 9.5% comes from the GROSS line haul. Leaving them owing you 60.5% on your settlement.

Those percentages are kept separate for accounting reasons on the front end.

Then the 9.5% is then added BACK to your settlement as an accounting entry, to show the 70% in your contract. Then deducted, and placed in your maintenance fund.

You’re NOT being ripped off. There is no breach of contract. Move on before they move you on.

I'm moving in the maintenance bill is deducted from the deduction section of summary the the reimbursement from the esrow acct is always short never matches. Sometimes they take 2 escrow deposits out they also break down some of the hotel bills and repair bill totals and when an amount on me for example 1859$ repair bill total that in closed a 300$ warranty deductible the 1859 was taken crime escrow then a couple months later a 300$ warranty deductible taken from my 60.
5$ broke down for 7 of 9 weeks loan motel bill for 2767$ broke down and paid that back twice and good to know they not stealing it on the % factor but there funneling it out in other ways 2$ here 10$ There etc

I've had 2 certified Cpa verify several ways I notice $ missing such as how you gonna take 3 250$ loan payments out then write create driver loan as a reimbursement so they I used my own $ to make my 1000.00$ a week min at their other company

Again, I can’t see your contract. I’m betting you haven’t taken it to a lawyer, or actually know what’s in it.

I vote lawyer up, or shut up. Because they’re not going to simply write you a check out of kindness.
