    After all this talk about polishing and seeing the beautiful trucks at the MATS show I decided to do some myself today.

    I only got one side done, I'll do the other maybe tomorrow or Monday.

    My last polish job was back in January but with the road salt and a few washes at the truck wash I had streaks and stains so I wanted to get them back in shape.

    That lamb looks fantastic. Any idea what cut that is ? Sorry if that's a dumb question, I've only had lamb on kabobs or gyros, and very rarely.
