Whta type of gaming are you talking about? With regular laptop can just buy 300watt inverter at Peelot or Loves and plug it inside regular 12V outlet in you truck, and you good to go, Just idle truck to prevent batteries discharge.
I was driving in regular truck with my Asus G751 without any problems.
Unless of course you have some dual RTX setup...

Well truck stop have ez return item purchase, so you can just stop at any truck stop when you taking your 10, buy inverter and see what will happens, don't worry you will not blow anything , 12V outlet have limitation on how much juice it can give

 

Well I’m sorry not sure about your options. My company provides APUs and when I’m sitting long I’ll fire it up and play for abit. I don’t play on my 10 hour resets because I know I’ll be playing for more than 2 hrs it’ll mess with my sleep.

I do know the truckstops provide smaller inverters that use 1 or 2 for the larger ones 12v cigarette plugs. Check the wattage and match that wattage with what your tv and console uses. If you do go that way make sure to keep the truck running cause you’re going to drain the batteries fast.

You could go the portable generator route but that depends on your company’s policy of installing equipment. Most of them won’t allow you to bolt on anything at all unless their shop guys do it for you.

 

As another option, just suck it up for 3 month and it will give you more options to pick a company who have fridge , APU everything, suck it up for half a year and another company will be hapy to not just give you all the blows and whistles you want, but even a better pay
