Are you going to have him clear and level so there's truck parking now?

It sat here for 3 months with the mud and then he took it to another job site. Now it’s back and he spent today shaping my yard.

Leaving with too much change is theft. It may be unintentional theft, but its theft none the less.

Just like when I bought some duct work and found out there was an extra piece that I didn't pay for. I brought it back to Home Depot and said sorry.

Now if the manager (or another employee with the appropriate power) said "sorry for the massive cluster, I see you only have this small item, please enjoy it with our compliments" then it is a gratuity, freely given.

    I have a question ( Raises hand ).

I just got back from the cantina. Give it a 6.5, it's nice, food is OK, staff not too friendly.

    Anyway,

I just switched my log from off duty to sleeper berth.

Shouldn't the act of changing your duty status be regarded as ON DUTY???

A certain very large AOBR company thought so in their tablet ELD we tested. Any change of duty status interupted the dot break. And if you wanted to put anything in your log, you had to be on duty. So after going on duty to pretrip in the morning, you had to go back and edit the log. It was ridiculous.

It only takes 1.4 seconds to change your duty status so it technically doesn’t interrupt your break.

So does the action of reviewing the log put you on active? (rhetorical I dont want / need a answer)

    Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

Ummmm. No. The break is to be uninterrupted. It only takes 1.4 seconds to be unsafe.

    Opus and lovesthedrive Thank this.
