17 years yesterday since Laynes passing....

Out of all the bands I would’ve loved to witness live in their prime..

Time to head towards Portland. Y’all have a nice Saturday. We got some work left to do! :)

Not far from the house. Tryin to get right I hate to blow the coop when its obvious this time of day. Since they couldn't load early this morning I made a command decision we stopping at the house and putting our new seats in they will get this crap Monday. Emergencies on they end do not constitute emergencies on mine. Though I could still be in Joplin by noon, but I'm outta heat. Gettin old lazy and fat has its drawbacks

Thanks SAR, I sure appreciate it. Dealing with rust like this is new to me. Take my KW for instance, it’s a ‘99, 1.6 million on the clock, no noticeable rust anywhere. They hauled rock with it before I bought it, so I don’t know if it’s ever been out of our neck of the woods.

There’s a Canadian fella named Jerry that comes down a couple times a year. Spends a week or two in the salvage yard pulling pickup beds, fenders, etc, and hauling them back. He’s made a living at it for a good 20 years now. Used to be fuel tanks was his big money maker but they went plastic on him. Lol.

Anyway, stuff just don’t rust much down here. We don’t get enough snow to need salt.
