I've got my laptop for movies, TV shows and games, and a radio app to get TSN1290 for Jets (hockey) games. I usually pull out the laptop once or twice a week, and usually watch 1-3 episodes of a show before bed.

I can't understand why someone would need satellite TV in their truck, unless the company is expecting them to start doing resets on the road. And at that point, I'd want a hotel room to get away from the truck for a while.

 

I live in one, I’m used to it now. This is my favorite one but I’m not allowed to wear it.

Maybe we ought to have a buckeye #5 get together sometime. We'll have to watch that @Grubby feller though, might end up with a story we don't want told.

Think we could invite the resident hillbilly too, he lives close enough.

I worked for a place once that actually checked inside the hardhat for the date it was manufactured. If it was over 5 years old you had to get a new one.

Now with this current gig I'm doing nobody cares. But we do have one customer that makes you show the hardhat with their training sticker on it and you have to show them an H2S training card.

 

Why not, has it expired? Or maybe the company has their own?

 

Too old? The hat that is. I was told once mine was too old so it didn't meet the requirements.
