    Hello,
    I'm a military vet with experience in transportation and logistics, I also have a degree in transportation and logistics. I will be retiring from the military soon and I want to become one of the best freight brokers possible. What advice can you share as fast ad getting skin in the game the most efficient and effective way possible?

    As other brokers on here will tell you, it's really worth just getting hired in at an established brokerage. You will learn so much being thrown in with the seasoned guys and training with them.

    I would like to know how do I get hired as an agent broker, since I do not have my freight broker license? I will be applying for my license and I feel it would benefit me to get licensed with as much experience possible.
