Instant iced tea bags. Moisten them and bite down on the painful tooth/teeth. They are especially helpful if you wind up with a dry socket.
An old time oral surgeon told me this trick after I had all 4 done and wound up with 2 dry sockets. There's something in the tea that is a natural pain reliever.

Oh ok. Been a while since we’ve done one down there. You won’t be but a mile or two from Lake Vincent.

Make sure everything in the cab is tied down once you cross the line on 60 lol. It’s a rough sunofagun on the OK side.

Cattle Exchange in Canadian is a dang good eatin spot. Truck parking across the street north and west on corner of 1st and Kingman. Speed cops like to hide on either side of the river bridge, just so ya know.
