Notify the broker and have them get in touch with the carrier. Broker should facilitate communication between the two parties. The carrier will call their insurance and the insurance will talk to you and go from there. Or, the carrier will admit fault and pay out of pocket directly to you.

Contact the carrier directly now that you have his info. He will likely want to pay out of pocket so his insurance doesn’t go up.
If so he will send a check and you can get the repairs done. If not he will give you his insurance and you can contact them. The adjuster will take a look and take your estimate and payout the amount.
