Sarasota has gotten me out of Florida the 4 times I have been there. Furniture place up to Menards in Eau Claire and of course paper .

I've heard that the usual van loads out of Florida were scrap paper. Is there s recycling place out there that doesn't suck? I don't think I've ever been to one that didn't.
-
I'm just wondering wtf everybody else is. I don't think I've seen another Millis truck since I was on I90.

Was sent to Florida 4 times during my stay, always to the same place in/close to Tampa. Can't remember the name other then it was always a trailer of Blue Moon and the docks were around the back of the building and a pain in the ###.
Each time got a message before I was even done unloading to deadhead to Albany.
@keen98 They're ALL trying to kill you, some are just more successful at it then others. On the other hand, if they knew you were a Cubs fan they probably would give up right then and there.... if the Cubs can't kill a person nobody else can either.... -
That sounds like this place other than the docks being a pain. These docks were.easy. The keg docks look like a pain, though. Does J.J. Taylor ring a bell?
The dock locks on these docks are hilarious. They sound obnoxious alarm sounds when they lock you in and there's some kind of fancy electronic chocks that they make you use, too. -
Wife grew up in Bradenton (next door to Sarasota) ... plenty of 'oranges' out of Tropicana there, right over the tracks. Decent hauls.
-
Doesn't sound familiar, and for sure there were no electronic chocks. A least at that time, the only electronic #### around that place was our phones.
Next time I get over to storage I'll have to look in my load books and see what the name was, now it's buggin me. -
Looked it up on Google maps, that's the place alright. Electronic chocks were not there when I was. Glad to hear the back docks are better though, when there were trucks parked in those #### staging markings they had painted on the parking lot back in between 2 trucks was a pain in the ###.

Yeah I imagine that would make it a little more challenging. Most of that area was wide open today.

Finally a load. 55 minutes left on my 14 and they send me a load out of Miller.
