Did you miss school the day they taught simple mathematics? Is this another subject you fail to comprehend just like your failure to comprehend the rules as the rules require?

It's not a HIPPA violation when 1. he called the dispatcher, 2. the dispatcher needs to know.

Beings your the so called retired federal Inspector and you know the book forwards and backwards as you claim. I'm merely asking certain questions from those who know more than I do, I'll admitt to that, and I'll admitt I had a role in this as well , I'm not denying any wrong doing, but the major role as I'm told lies on the DM himself. what I'd like to know from you MR retired federal Inspector, is why even if I was late what rules are in there books that they (SWIFT TRANSPORTATION) can deny me to even submitt my sample for a test, even if late ,to prove myself.
And here i would think someonein your professional position being an EX retired fed insp or not, would help a driver out with these answers to assist a driver, But then again I can see your an EX fed Insp so your aspects of this would be on the side of the company anyways as your used to pulling the money from the hard working men/women drivers who run this great nation day to day..., thats all i have to add thank you. NOW LETS SEE YOUR REPLY TO THAT

I guess fight DAC myself, and if I have to get ahold of a SAP, that I was never told about. as I hear DACFIX only does the stuff a driver would do themselfs and they told me to hold off and now i see why, they want to 170 for the same thing I was going to rebutte to DAC myself. respectfully

the people at dac fix (or person at dac fix) will only take your money,or so i hear(never gave em any money).i know one thing for a fact they do the same thing you do..place a rebuttal. the only thing the people a dac fix do is use a bunch of legal jargon but they dont have any attorney on staff,do it yourself you will save money.good luck.
