Where is everyone #5

DOT inspection has to be done this week, it expires Thursday. I ran outta here last week with that OKC load before they could get me in the shop...

That and a grease job. Doesn’t sound like much but our shop is overbooked to say the least. Probably 24 hours before I even get in there.

 

I'm not sure what the original plan was here...but now he's got the trailer high centered and a 6" plastic water pipe between the drive axles.

They just threw the water line across a lease road entrance?

 

Yeah. I see that a lot around here. It looks like if the road isn't used heavily they assume it's ok to do that.

What I can figure out is why the driver, four other drivers, and a handful of pilot car drivers all saw that and none of them thought maybe he shouldn't try to get truck and trailer across it.

Collectively there wasn't a thought between them. Just action.

 

But the freight rate was the cheapest it’s ever been though!

Pretty sure it’s 4x4 with a Duramax....
