If you can figure it out, the red line is fuel pressure, you should have a cap on that fitting
blairandgretchen, 062, jamespmack and 1 other person Thank this. -
I have the devco fuel filter setup. Is that off the pump?jamespmack Thanks this.

I noticed Jake performance decreased with the bigger turbo. Borg warner s475 is rated at 1000hp and 70lb of boost. I'm about 625 650 based of the tuner, haven't dynoed it yetBrettj3876 and jamespmack Thank this.

Those ratings are based off gas engines . Also those engines only make that kind of power for 10 seconds or so down the drag strip. I guarantee you you push that turbo past 600-650 hp and 45-50 psi behind a 14L diesel for hours it wont live long.jamespmack Thanks this.

12.7 liter. I've searched many fourms and this turbo good for 650hp some been on the turbo for 3 years plus. No need for more hp plenty enoughBrettj3876 Thanks this.

Yea it does lower jake performance. We put the s475 on a 93 E-7 along with injectors and more rack travel. I wouldn't push that turbo much past 45-48 for any length of time.

12.7 tends to float the valves around 50lb. Will install boost guage this weekend, after I get my reman 13 in it. Upgrading the 10 to 13.blairandgretchen and Brettj3876 Thank this.

Years ago I thought that the reason for putting them post turbo was for fear of the pyro tip breaking or coming apart, which would result in those pieces going through the turbo. With all the OEM pre-turbo sensors in trucks and pickups this is probably not a concern anymore.
