I chatted with a young kid, 17, that was getting frustrated with the girls in his school. I asked him on a scale of 1-10, where did he rate himself as a person. He said, "an 8."

So, if you value yourself as an 8 and a hot girl that you would love to date says, "I only see you as a 4", do you pursue her in an effort to change her mind?

Maybe he really is only a 4. I see lots of girls that think they are a 10 and barely pass as a 7.
