My dad's 04 T600 has that bumpy feeling when truck drives between 55-60 mph. Bobtail and light weight loaded. Had that same bumpy/jumpy ride since he bought that T600 back in 2011. All suspension components had been replaced. So as tires. Tried that with and without centramatic balancers. Shocks were replaced. Good alignment. The only parts we haven't replaced since purchasing that T600 is drive shaft and some u-joints. What could cause all that despite changing parts?

Have you considered the possibility that it's just the way it is and maybe theres nothing broken or worn. What are you comparing it too?

Suspension and cab ride height? Axle angles within spec?

The description "bumpy ride" doesnt offer much, thus the lack of response.
Is it a vibration or is it harshness of the ride quality when hitting imperfections in the road surface?

How much play is in pinions? They can cause it to feel like a tire out of round. Carrier bearing generally will be there all the time after a certain speed, but you never know.

Well, we haven't touch the differential axles yet other than changing gear oil. Maybe. Drive shaft and differential are the possibility since we haven't done work on em other than lubing.

Did you ever figure it out? Could it be a kingpin needing replacment?
