I'm finding some of my posts are being deleted. Some I get alerts for, other not.
Some for stupid things, like people thinking I'm trolling when I'm being serious, most recently I mentioned internal racism against whites at a certain company and preferential treatment of Immigrants, and the post has vanished.
What's going on? Seems kind of dictatorish that we can't speak about real problems without being silenced. Unless I'm going nuts and imagining things.

It is my experience that most forums are censor happy for topics that are sensitive.
Wannabe tech, x1Heavy and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
A guy was asking about a company that only hires immigrants, we informed him that if he wasnt of that culture he would be ignored, or not hired at all, and if he was of that culture he would get special treatment.
What's more sensitive? the fact that we have proof of what we are saying? Or that a moderator somewhere has deemed it inappropriate to inform other people of the ILLEGAL shenanigans going on behind closed doors, then hoping we won't kick up a fuss in fear of being hit with the ban hammer?
I will add no slurs were used either. No racist terms or anything. The posts just vanished with no trace. -

The questions you are asking needs to be done in private, not dealt with in the open.
