So, one of my spare tractors is a 2004 t800 with a mbn c15. A couple weeks ago it broken an exhaust rocker, cyl 4. I got around finally to changing it, adjusted all valves and injectors etc. Now i started the truck and it runs rough and smokes grayish white. I am trying to see if I missed something or if something else is hurt. Now I have read that the valve bridges can get damaged from this, not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

That's what it would seem to be. Pull off the exhaust manifold and see if cylinder 4 is passing smoke & that should let you know.

bent valve maybe

I had a '05 C15. Broke exhaust rocker 2 different times. The truck was new enough that Cat made good on them. The second time, Cat replaced all of them...I heard rumors about inferior (mexican or chinese) rockers. The first one that broke, I actually had to still drive a little before I could shut it down, but don't recall what Cat replaced (if anything) besides the rocker. When the second rocker broke, I shut it right down.
