I catch hell from some people for this bug shield. Usually from people that don't live near me. Maybe it's a regional thing?

 

See, got a laugh out of somebody this morning. Makes all the abuse worth it, right @stwik?

 

I had the same one on my 83 359. Rarely ever had to use the wipers in snow. What is their complaint?

 

I was going to work around the house today. But it’s 45 and raining so I said “eh, let’s go sit back on the couch”. So here I sit looking to cause hate and discontent on TTR.

 

Either there's a chip in your windshield, or you've captured a UFO there?

I'm going with the UFO.

And I get why you'd want the biggest bug shield you could get running out there.

And to make the day better my wife got called into work, for the whole day. So guess who got tasked with going after groceries...

 

Where I live those are almost a nessacity. When you fall off the the ridge at Bald Knob at night it sounds like a hard rain the way the bugs hit the windshield
