Well upon starting I was told 5 days paid vacation after a year which is stingy imo.

Texas is truck friendly unlike RI or anywhere else in the NE for that matter

If you think I complain you should hear what I have to say about my old job. I complain tenfold about my old job which was way worse.

Well the cpm varies as short runs pay more per mile than longer ones. But for long runs of 800 plus miles it started out at 37 cpm and after 6 months went up to 41. Should be going up again soon

    QuietStorm Thanks this.

You have a really good planner if they're letting you make $1700 on 39cpm.

    ExOTR Thanks this.

The NE ain't so bad. It'll make a trucker out of you. Glad to see you're doing well with Swift though

The $1400-1700 is a good week which is once a month twice if I’m lucky. $1700 is not a regular occurrence. On the other end of the spectrum I have had abysmal pay checks of only $300. The key is to run as many miles as I can legally and safely do so.

    D.Tibbitt and QuietStorm Thank this.

I can see that if your refusing loads as a company driver. I mean really who care about not going somewhere because of parking problems it’s called back some food in the truck and sleep at a rest area or something.
