Got stuck there one winter under an OSOW. Found out about their country ham. And beer. I’m not even big on ham. But theirs was like an addiction.

Interesting time. Had a pilot car set up for Monday and I was waiting at the Tennessean. Monday morning, pilot car calls me telling me about possible icy roads. Then he doesn’t show and wouldn’t answer his phone. The load was going to Monkey. Got another pilot car, but I wrote his phone number every restroom wall in Bama.
