Bells cb and why...

It's common knowledge he subtracts 75% of the radios value before he sent it to you. If you want to believe he increased the value of the radio go right ahead but anybody who understands how to read an oscilloscope knows otherwise. Personally I wouldn't give you $20 for that radio because the repairs would exceed the value of the radio.
As long as you're happy with it that's all that matters.

You got to read the story about this guy who thought lemon juice made himself invisible. He actually thought he had scientific evidence to back it up.

It reminded me of the sobering realization that I had when I realized that even though the guy from Bells CB shop and I went to the same school and study the same subject matter and worked on the same equipment
( although I'm sure he did it 20 years after I did )
I have the integrity and self-awareness to realize that this type of equipment with such garbage it was beyond my engineering skills and it would be blatantly dishonest of me if I opened up a business and tried to take your money by working on this type of equipment and making improvements to it. The ability to recognize my own limitations is an amazing thing and unfortunately some people don't have that ability. The more I learn, the less I realize I know..
For some people the less they know the more they think they know.
