Let's not get ahead of ourselves people. People only complain about things. Rarely do people get on sites to speak up there great experiences. So of course everything about what people say on here just about is negative haha.

 

Lol this is try guess I should make a post about my pros for the company huh

 

I think for you everyone wants to know one thing . Are you making money . But don't say to many Pro's or the lease haters that roam this site will mark you as a recruiter .

 

Too many out here today in their first 6-12 months doing a lease really don’t know if they are truly “making money”. They haven’t been doing it long enough to experience the negative side of truck ownership and the need to budget for future heavy expenses and downtime events, beyond oil changes and regular home time.

So you have to take any and all “reports of success” with a grain of salt.

 

I walked out second day of orientation when I seen the red flags coming!

 

What were your red flags and when were u at orientation

 

Ya I agree with ya on that but this isn’t my first lease and I’ve made it well over a yr in my other one but I do agree a lot of people period don’t understand the real amount of money you need just for cash flow when running a truck even just as a company Man U need a cash buffer for when the truck goes down. It’s not if they will but when they will

 

Saturday Night Humor for me and I just felt like chiming in. We All WANT WANT WANT, like a 2yr old and most drivers show that too. Want to make Crazy Money, suck on momma's tit and hold on to the remote too.
LP for ANY company is NOT going to make you rich if you need to suck on momma's tit every day. You Have to do that four letter word called: W-O-R-K and I know that is a BAD word.
Hands down at the end of the day if you are not scared of that four letter word, as a LP that does Not Require a Credit Check and No Money, respectively you should be hitting at a minimal $1,000 per week at least until you have the title in had of the truck you didn't put ANY money down on.
LP nor Company Driver Jobs are Not All Bad. It's the Lazy ##### that Wants Wants Wants Wants.

Man I completely agree and as the OP I can say I was willing to work...... but you have to be given work to do work, know what iam saying. Their are lo programs that are good but not everything is for everyone and this one wasn't for me

 

Get real.
Has absolutely nothing to do with how hard
You want to work.
If there is no work your screwed.
Plain and simple.

Millions of of people would like to work
60 hours a week, but the company only
Gives them 40.
Doesn't make them lazy or a failure.

Western flyers express has quadrupled in
Size since they started leasing trucks.
I know, I was there when they started it.

It's all off of the back of lease purchase suckers.
