I dislike chain parts stores also. NAPA usually gives the best service. A few weeks ago I gave my Vin# to the lady -20 yrs old. For brakes. I got home banged on the brakes forever ( don’t laugh Gentlemen). Only to find out she sold me the wrong brakes. Hahahah, I used to work at a IH dealer that at the time was one of few Iveco dealers. The film, the dusty books, Used to have to call the Smithsonian to get parts. -
