No worries, been out here a few times. It's a favourite spot for a lot of our drivers, we just never get here most other days of the week, lol.

Man I’m glad you bought one of them. I’m real curious on em. The theory makes sense to me, course we all know that don’t always hold water in the real world.

Sucks about the radiator, but at least ya caught it before ya got er on the road.

Yeah me too!!! By the way, what is macaroni and tomatoes. Where do collard greens come from and how are they prepared and I assume salmon cakes are ground up salmon made into patty’s.

Collard greens are the leaves of collards. They generally come from the garden. Cut the leaves up and de-stem. Boil all day with a piece of salt pork/bacon or ham hock. Put pepper sauce on and devour

Yes salmon cakes is salmon patties. I assume macaroni and tomatoes is pickled tomatoes and macaroni noodles, but that is one I’ve not had.

Well, macorni & tomato’s is just that actually, cooked together they are quit good. Tomatoes are cut up into smaller pieces.

Collared greens are cooked on the stove usually boiling them, but some fry them slowly.

Yes salmon patty’s are ground up salmon. I put crushed up crackers in mine among other things and fry, really good!
