2019 Chicago Intermodal

Its relatively slow here in pa. Last year around this time I was pretty steady. I'm hoping this picks up. Its very depressing

From what I see, dry van is doing pretty bad as well. Idk what the hell is going on man. Sucks. I came out today did 2 runs and went home.

 

i did 1 run. then picked up my load for today. took me all day. csx 59th changed their lift area. n i didnt understand it much. next time i go imma ask 4 a map. mine was on chassis luckily. but man wat a pain csx looks like now

 

Well its may now, hopefully it picks up where we all can play catch up fingers crossed

 

UP is closing G3 and the canal storage lot. I remember delivering pallets of rail spikes back in 2002 when I worked for R&L. I don't think this will be a huge lose since it's no where near running at capacity.

never been to g3. out of the way anyway. thx god i havent been to up canal. it does not look fun getting in/out of. so no loss there

 

You haven't had fun until you go there in the winter while it's snowing. That's a good time! (The ramp going in to canal is brick and gets really slick)
