    Good story!

A couple years ago, when I was on paper logs, I picked up,a load in Minot, ND to deliver in southwestern PA. It was a load of parts and hazmat for an oil company, that really really needed them delivered no later than noon on Sunday. I picked up Thursday at noon after delivering a load in Williston in the morning.

I called the receiver Friday and Saturday to assure him I would have it there Sunday morning. At 7:00 am on Sunday I was parked outside the locked gates, just finishing folding my tarps (for the two pallets of sacks). A guy drove up next to me in a pickup truck. He stopped and gawked at the exposed contents of the load.

    "That's my Minot shipment?"

    "Yep".

"You don't #### around, do you!?"

It made his day easier. The crew that followed him in the gate wouldn't have to do prep work on drilling motors, then set the work aside waiting for my load. They could get right into the whole job at once and get those motors to a drilling rig earlier than their estimate.

Put THEM on YOUR menu — a little thinning of the herd does wonders.

An invisible fence to keep deer and rabbits out. Did you work on the Titanic?

Not that I know... Some place I've never been... Apparently they ordered potatoes... Lots of them.

US30 from Montpielier, ID to about Kemmerer, WY was having a pretty good snow storm when I came through... Near white out conditions through some stretches. But I-80 in WY so far jasnt been bad... Wet and a few slick spots but nothing horrible... I just got into Rawlins. Time for a little nap then back on the road.

I double bagged the stick I used to grease the fifth wheel, and left it and plastic lined cups, Styrofoam containers, and other plastic double bagget items at the Petro in Corning.

I think this is a win win for everyone.
