Pinnacle Freight Based out of Florence NJ

Hey guys, I'm job hunting and am interested in Pinnacle Freight. To be clear (because there are about a dozen Pinnacle Freights, not like they had any other names to choose from) I'm interested in Pinnacle Freight out of Florence, New Jersey. Link: http://pinnacletruck.com/

I'm a company driver (not owner operator or fleet owner). Are there any other company drivers that can share the pros and cons about this company? I understand that when New Century went out of business, that this Pinnacle Freight took over a lot of their accounts.

Key interests are:
Average real weekly pay (not what they promise) and with that, the average miles to earn it.
What are the dispatchers like? Hard ###? Flexible? Forced dispatch?
How do they run you? Multiple loose leaf log books? Or legal?
Their hazmat policies. Do they closely follow regulation? Or do they treat hazmat like a load of potatoes?
