It’s bad enough to see a guy walking around with his shorts half down. But this fool is putting holed underwear on public display.

 

Used to be one of the best places I come to. Owners wife lost her battle with lou Garrett disease about 3 years ago and it's been a steady decline since. I get it, really I would wanna drink all time too. I hate to see him just waste away. I oughta say something but honestly don't know what to say. Just a bad situation

I had big plans for fixing all the wiring back here. Popping a few of the old ones out is as far as I made it. Tomorrow is a new day.
