If you're serious about this, then you should talk to an attorney. The value of what you stand to lose if this is not done properly is very costly.

Don't, it is a stupid thing to do.

Go learn how to do day trading and then after that, hit the casino with the money you were going to use for the truck and play penny slots.

You have a better chance of making money.

Can I join the partnership too.
    We'll make it a threesome.

We just cut out a big hole in the floor
So we don't have to stop to use the bathroom.

We could be rolling in money and poop
    At the same time.

Yes I can be done. The problem is usually one of the two decided they want out.
I personally no of 3 guys who did this. They had a dedicated run from Springfield mass to la. Then San Jose to either Hartford ct, or boston ma. Two of them ran out and back, then one guy took time off while the other two repeated the run. Key is to have a plan and goal.

Wrong 1 truck WILL support two families.
As long as it's a team operated truck.
1 truck wont support two families with a single driver.
