That’s cool stuff. I’m with @Tug Toy I think someone oughtta try and preserve at least some of those old boards. Won’t be long till those names and dates are 100 plus years old.

Reminds me of where we used to go hunting. The sheepherders would carve their names in the Aspen tree bark, and as the trees got older the signature would turn black and grow. A lot of history in the mountains!

Need to be sleeping and I’m all big eyed!! Guess if the weather cooperates we will be making sawdust today at the Heritage Farm Museum. Always good to walk back in time. Not necessarily. Different states call the same charge different things. In Georgia that would be second degree homicide by vehicle. Second degree is a misdemeanor. However first degree is a felony.
