    it could be a couple of things.

    1st is the cable. Each truck is wired different, so the cables have to match up.
    you had a 95 Pete, what do you have now?

    The other issue I have seen is the Application software(Firmware), but that has been with the IVG, so it may not be your issue.

    I will lay my money on the cable.
    You also have some bare wires that need to be connected. One is the Ignition wire (black fuse holder), this needs to go to a keyed on power, DO NOT USE the starter connection.
    The other is a ground. Use a chassis ground, I dont advise taping into the truck wiring for this.
    I am betting you will need a black 9-pin vs the grey 6-pin you had, assuming you bought a 2006 or newer truck

    Different truck, now using PeopleNet, Qualcomm is in the back seat of my pickup
