@wore out
Best retaliation I seen. About 2am and Im the only guy at the shop. Setting in office I see a first shift guy drag something by the door? Weird I say. Go out to shop here he is screwing together 4 or 5 sections of garden hose. I just went back into office. Then he drags hose across shop, past office door and thru breakroom out the customers entrance. Again I think wtf its -15° and January. Well I go look. He is watering a guys new dodge caravan. Turned this thing in to a block of ice. Rolled up all the hose and said see you in the am. It was payback he said he waited weeks for Brent to be on a long tow, listening to his portable at home every night. Brent punched out and found his encapsulated van in parking lot. Had to wheel lift her in and it took 2 hours to melt in the heated shop. -
Good deal, and Glad to meet you Sir. Maybe next time we can smooth her out once you loose that square tire.

@1951 ford Hope you folks are safe, this one is for you Sir.
Grubby, IH Truck Guy, Feedman and 24 others Thank this. -
Thanks Red! It was frustrating to be in that position and nobody was going to tell me that the Truck had issues! Pretrip inspection and walla here’s an issue! And the guys on #5 here are a Godsend of knowledge for sure!

Yep, I do appreciate it. Gonna have to hunt up some shocks before I go for tires. I think then maybe check all the hubs and wheels and get them centered. And tighten up the bearings on that drive axle.
I really enjoyed chatting with ya. You're the real deal for sure. -
I wouldn't have run it like that. You made the right call.
A lot of guys with no knowledge and poor experience run dangerous junk. It's one thing to get through the day with a small issue, quite another to get on the road with equipment that may not make it through the day. -
South Bend Indiana waiting to unload in the morning
