I’ve been offered by both out of Albuquerque.
Creamland = $18.79/90 days then $19.79 garunteed 50 hrs with OT at time & 1/2 after 40 hrs and is UNION and free benefits, Pension only, garunteed Friday and Saturday off (with occasional Saturday work), advancement based on seniority as vacations.
BEK = $900 per week for first 200 hours of training then $1000 after. Pay is incentive based on back haul, pallets etc. 401/k and profit sharing, they are building new warehouse with advancement opportunities, days off are Sunday and Wednesday or Thursday.
Torn in what to accept and would gratefully accept any feedback if you’ve ever worked for either or have insight.

According to Indeed.com and Google Maps they both got decent reviews... Me personally I would rather work by the hour so I would definitely choose Creamland..

The creamland job probably has a good amount of hand unloading.....
are you up for that...? -

Creamland. The OT, benefits and pension sound good. I don't know anything about the company but of the two choices that would be mine. Get a few years in, build up your seniority, and you'll be set.
