Creamland Dairy Route Driver or Ben E. Keith RSA

I’ve been offered by both out of Albuquerque.

Creamland = $18.79/90 days then $19.79 garunteed 50 hrs with OT at time & 1/2 after 40 hrs and is UNION and free benefits, Pension only, garunteed Friday and Saturday off (with occasional Saturday work), advancement based on seniority as vacations.

BEK = $900 per week for first 200 hours of training then $1000 after. Pay is incentive based on back haul, pallets etc. 401/k and profit sharing, they are building new warehouse with advancement opportunities, days off are Sunday and Wednesday or Thursday.

Torn in what to accept and would gratefully accept any feedback if you’ve ever worked for either or have insight.

 

From both my interviews they are about the same. Creamland has electric pallet jack and BEK has dolly. I’m new to the industry so want to make the best choice.
